You'll be tempted to eat dessert first when it's our ready-in-an-hour Dessert Pizza made with Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookies and layered with a cream cheese spread and chocolate pudding.
4 snack-size containers (3.25 to 3.5 oz each) chocolate pudding
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and egg until soft dough forms. Spread dough evenly in pan.
Step 3
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 30 minutes. Remove cookie crust to serving platter.
Step 4
In small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Spread pudding over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into wedges to serve.
Recipe Tips
Use your favorite nut on top of this pizza—pecans, walnuts, almonds or even peanuts would work.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
You can bake and cool the crust a day ahead and then add the toppings just before serving.
